Platinum Club

READY TO START? YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.

THANK YOU TO THE TALENTED CREATORS OF MY SUPPLIES

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube/Photo of Choice: Ismael Rac
You can purchase a license to use his work here.
Scrapkit of Choice: Platinum Club by Scraps by Jessica
You can download the kit here.
Font of Choice: Blackjack
Written in PSPX1

Open a new 600x600px canvas and flood fill white.
We'll start with the star frame.
Place this element in a little to the right of center on
your canvas. This will be the only frame.

Next we will place the swirl element behind the frame.
I've put mine on the right side going up.
Our next element will be the zebra star.
This element will also go behind the frame.

Our starburst type element will go behind the zebra frame.
Then we can put our glitter swirl behind that.

Now it's time for our platinum card and martini glass.
I've placed these in front of the frame in the
left corner with the martini behind the card.

Lets add our tube.
I've duplicated my tube with one
above the frame and one behind.
This makes it easier to have the tube
seem to stand out of the frame.

Get your magic wand tool and select the inside of the frame.
Go to SELECTIONS->MODIFY->EXPAND.
to expand your selection by about 4 pixels.
This makes sure that your tube isn't erased too much.

Now on the tube layer BEHIND the frame press
CTRL + SHFT + I to invert the selection.
Now press delete.
This should delete all of the tube outside of the frame.
Deselect all.

Now select your tube layer ABOVE the frame.
Get your eraser tool and slowly erase the excess
tube on the bottom of the frame.
Your second tube will ensure that you don't erase too much.

Once you've completed that it's time to add our names.
I've added the name of my blog to the card
but you can use whatever you like.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR COPYRIGHT INFO!!!
Finally, you can crop off the excess canvas and
save with or without the white background.
If you choose to save without make sure to
save as .png format!!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial ;)

READY TO START? YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PSP.

THANK YOU TO THE TALENTED CREATORS OF MY SUPPLIES

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
Tube/Photo of Choice: Ismael Rac
You can purchase a license to use his work here.
Scrapkit of Choice: Hope by Scraps by Jessica
You can download the kit here.
Mask of Choice: WSL_Mask105
You can download this mask here.
Font of Choice: Segoe Script
Written in PSPX1

Open a new 600x600px canvas and flood fill white.
Add your first paper. This will be your background image.
I'm using the zebra print paper from Jessica's kit.
Now get your frame and paste it over the paper layer.
This lets us know the general area we need to place the mask.

Select your paper layer and in your toolbar go to
LAYERS->LOAD/SAVE MASK->LOAD MASK FROM DISK
Select your mask of choice. Now right click on mask layer
Merge Group.

Now we shall place our elements.
There is no general order to my placement.
I just randomly jump back and forth adding things
here and there until I like the placement.
If I wrote every element and where I put them
I would probably win the guiness book of records
for the longest tutorial lol.

My best advice would be to just put a few things here and there.
Don't go crazy. Counting the white background and mask
I only have a total of 13 layers.

Anyway... Time to add our tubes.
You can actually use just one tube, but I LOVE Rac so I decided
to use four ha. Place your tube behind the frame layer.
You use your magic wand tool to select the inside
of the frame. CTRL + SHFT + I to invert the selection.
Now select your tube layer and delete.
This should delete the excess tube from outside the frame.

Repeat this step for all three frames.
You can now paste your main tube on top of all layers.
Time for your name :)
Get your text tool to do this.
Now we'll add a nice drop shadow to all layers.
I'm using the settings 2 2 73 5 on all.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR COPYRIGHT INFO!!!
THIS IS A MUST!

Now you can crop off the excess canvas and
save your new tag with or without white background.
If you're going to save it without make sure
to save as .png format. ;)

I really hope you enjoyed this tutorial and
I want to say an extra thanks to Jessica for this AMAZING kit!!
I fell in love with it the second I saw it =)

Awesome kit by Scraps by Jessica

ok so I downloaded an amazing kit by Scraps by Jessica called Hope and I LOVE it!!!
I've been playing around with it for about an hour now.
The bf is probably getting sick of me clicking and pecking away at my laptop lol.
I just can't put it down.
There are soooo many things to do with this kit!
Anyway. I started out working on a new tutorial and
ended up with a LO for my daughter ha!
I just wanted to show it off =)

But just so you all know there will definitely be a tutorial
coming soon from this kit!!! I am sooo in love! lol

Open your heart element and paste as a new layer.

Tilt at a slight angle and move to right side of canvas.

Place this layer above your heart frame.
Open cardboard element and place behind ribbon and frame.
You can now add your flowers and buttons where ever you like.
